Print on demand means products are only printed once a customer orders them. You upload your designs, list products in your store, and we print, pack and ship each order. No inventory, no minimum orders and no upfront production costs.

It helps, but it is not required. We integrate with Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce and eBay. If you do not have a store yet, our Store Setup and Brand Launch packages will create one for you.

No. All orders are shipped white-label. Your customers only see your brand, and on the Pro plan you can add custom packing slips and branded inserts.

We ship to more than 190 countries. Orders are routed to the production facility closest to your customer, in the UK, the EU, North America or Asia-Pacific, for faster and cheaper delivery.

Most products are produced in 1–4 business days. Pro plan orders get priority production (1–2 business days). Shipping time depends on the destination. See our shipping page for full estimates.

We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. We also accept JPG, PDF, SVG and AI files. Our team checks every file before production and contacts you if something needs fixing.

Choose a subscription or package and submit the order request form. Our team reviews it and emails you a secure invoice within 24 hours (business days). Your plan is activated as soon as the invoice is paid.

Starter is ideal for launching your first store: up to 50 products, one connected store and standard production. Pro is built for growing brands: unlimited products, up to 5 stores, priority production, branded packaging and bigger sample and bulk discounts.

No. Subscriptions run for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Before the period ends we send you a renewal invoice, and you decide whether to continue, switch plans or stop.

The subscription covers platform access, integrations, tools and the plan benefits. Product base costs and shipping are charged per order at wholesale prices, which you set your retail margin on top of.

Yes. Under our refund policy you can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund if the service has not yet been used or delivered. Custom design work that has already been delivered is non-refundable. Read the full Refund Policy for details.

Prices are in Euro (€). We invoice in EUR or GBP and accept bank transfer and major debit and credit cards through our secure invoice payment link.
